Delivered Duty Unpaid is an outdated incoterm used to describe an agreement that requires the seller to deliver goods at the specified location and cover all transportation costs and risks.

Delivered Duty Unpaid is an outdated incoterm, now replaced by Delivered at Place and Delivered at Terminal, to specify an arrangement that obligates the seller to safely deliver the goods at the named destination, paying all transportation costs and assuming all risks and damages during transit. However, the buyer is responsible for clearing import duties.
